- Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F
- In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix well ensuring that all the nuts and seeds are well coated
- Spread out on a baking tray and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Turn twice during cooking to ensure an even coating of seasoning and keep an eye during the last 10 minutes to avoid burning.
Once cooled, the nut mix can be kept in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
Try these other snacking combo’s – simply substitute the seed/nut for 200g of your choice of nuts and/or seeds and add seasoning depending on what you fancy. Follow the method above for all.
