Spicy BBQ Corn on the Cob

An easy recipe for this classic barbecue staple, simply brush-on our chorizo flavoured vegan butter.

You will need

6 Corn on the Cob

100g vegan butter (at room temperature)

6 heaped teaspoons of Herby Hog Spicy Chorizo flavoured seasoning


Mash together the butter and seasoning and put to one side.

Wrap each corn cob in a double layer of foil. Barbecue, turning, for 30-35 mins until tender and a little charred. If you’d like them a little more charred, simply unwrap and put directly onto the barbecue for a few more minutes.

Unwrap and arrange onto plates letting everyone butter their own with a pastry brush.

Top Tips

Drizzle with plain vegan yoghurt, chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime.
